Description

Delightful no-bake Oreo Truffles combining Oreo cookies and cream cheese, covered in chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
  • Oreo crumbs (optional, for garnish)
  • Additional melted chocolate (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Combine with cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Melt chocolate and oil in the microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball in chocolate, tapping off excess, and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Garnish with sprinkles or Oreo crumbs while chocolate is still wet.
  7. Chill again to set the chocolate for at least 1 hour.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
