Description
Delightful no-bake Oreo Truffles combining Oreo cookies and cream cheese, covered in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 36 regular Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces semi-sweet or white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
- Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
- Oreo crumbs (optional, for garnish)
- Additional melted chocolate (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs. Combine with cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate and oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each ball in chocolate, tapping off excess, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Garnish with sprinkles or Oreo crumbs while chocolate is still wet.
- Chill again to set the chocolate for at least 1 hour.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
