Oreo balls are a simple and delicious no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese.

- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz chocolate (milk or dark), for coating
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Return the coated balls to the baking sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate sets.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- You can use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Try adding sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
