Description

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  8. Return the coated balls to the baking sheet.
  9. Chill again until the chocolate sets.
