Instructions
- Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper with 2-inch overhang; grease parchment.
- Mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, melted butter, and salt until crumbly but firm.
- Press crust mixture firmly into bottom of prepared pan; refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in 1 cup Cool Whip, then remaining 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread vanilla layer evenly over crust; refrigerate to set.
- Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water; chill until room temperature.
- Whisk in 2 cups Cool Whip into cooled gelatin; spread over vanilla layer.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 3 days until orange layer sets.
- Spread remaining 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip over orange layer.
- Run spatula around edges, lift bars using parchment, and cut into squares before serving.
