Ingredients
- Salmon fillets: 4 pieces (about 6 oz each)
- Zucchini: 2 medium, sliced into half-moons

- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Fresh dill: 2 tablespoons, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

Instructions
- Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into half-moons.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Let the salmon marinate for about 30 minutes (optional).
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and sauté the sliced zucchini for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- On a large baking sheet, place the marinated salmon fillets in the center and surround them with the sautéed zucchini.
