Ingredients

  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add crushed peppermint candies and mix gently.
  8. Spread the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Garnish with additional crushed peppermint candies if desired.
