Description

No-Bake Banana Caramel Pecan Pie is a rich and creamy dessert made with layers of graham cracker crust, caramel, bananas, and whipped cream—no oven needed!


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup store-bought caramel, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 cup roasted unsalted pecans, chopped, plus more for serving
  • Flaky sea salt
  • 2 to 3 medium bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of the pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix caramel and chopped pecans in a bowl, then spread over the crust. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Layer thinly sliced bananas evenly over the caramel-pecan layer.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with milk in a bowl until thickened. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold 1 cup of whipped cream into the pudding. Spread pudding mixture over bananas and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with remaining whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel and sprinkle extra pecans on top. Serve chilled.
