- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz bourbon
- Crushed ice
- 3 oz dry prosecco
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Place 6 mint leaves in a mint julep cup or highball glass with 3/4 oz simple syrup. Gently muddle to release the mint oils.
- Pour in 1 oz bourbon and stir gently to combine with the mint syrup mixture.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Slowly pour 3 oz dry prosecco over the ice to maintain fizziness.
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters on top, stir gently, and garnish with a sprig of mint.

- Use fresh, vibrant mint for best flavor and appearance.
- Don’t over-muddle the mint, or it may become bitter.
