  • Fresh spinach: 4 cups (approximately 120 g), chopped
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes: 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and halving the cherry tomatoes, chopping the spinach, and mincing the garlic.
