  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • All-purpose flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Beef broth: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Heavy cream: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
