Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together.
- Fill the muffin tins about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
