- Heavy Cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
- Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup (100 g)
- Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar: For dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the choux pastry by combining water and butter in a saucepan, heating until melted, then adding flour and salt.
- Make the matcha cream filling by whisking sugar, cornstarch, and matcha powder, then adding heavy cream and cooking until thickened.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the choux pastry for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the cream puffs by filling them with the chilled matcha cream and dusting with powdered sugar.
Notes
