  • Powdered sugar: 100 grams (about 1 cup)
  • Heavy cream: 200 ml (about ¾ cup)
  • Mangoes: 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and sliced)
  • Lime juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh mint leaves: for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan and bake for about 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
