Description
A refreshing and healthy treat made with ripe mangoes and guavas, blended with coconut milk and lime juice.
Ingredients
- Ripe mangoes: 2 large (about 2 cups of puree)
- Ripe guavas: 2 medium (about 1 cup of puree)
- Coconut milk: 1 cup (or any milk of choice)
- Honey or agave syrup: 2-4 tablespoons (adjust based on sweetness preference)
- Fresh lime juice: 2 tablespoons
- Pinch of salt: to taste
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Prepare the mango and guava by peeling and chopping them into small pieces.
- Blend the mango pieces until smooth, then blend the guava pieces until smooth.
- Pour the mango puree halfway into popsicle molds, then add a layer of coconut milk mixture, and top with guava puree.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
