- 2 cups oats

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix well.
- Stir in oats, flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined into a thick batter.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set but slightly soft.
- Cool the baked base at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy to make frosting.
- Spread frosting evenly over cooled base, then cut into bars and serve.
