Description
Lemon Slush is a refreshing frozen beverage that combines lemon juice, lemonade, ice, limoncello, and citrus vodka for a perfect summer treat.

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tsp fresh lemon juice (from about 1 lemon)
- 1 cup ice
- 4 oz store-bought lemonade
- 3 oz store-bought or homemade limoncello
- 1 oz citrus-infused vodka
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Make lemon syrup by whisking granulated sugar, fresh lemon juice, and 1/4 cup boiling water until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup ice, 4 oz lemonade, cooled lemon syrup, 3 oz limoncello, and 1 oz citrus vodka. Blend until slushy.
- Check consistency; add more lemonade or water and blend again if too thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve immediately.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or syrup if desired.
