Ingredients
Scale
- 12 lemon Oreos
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves
Instructions
- Line a cupcake pan with liners and place a lemon Oreo at the bottom of each cup.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, lemon juice, zest, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until fluffy.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon cream cheese filling over Oreos in each liner, nearly filling the cups.
- Add a dollop of blueberry preserves on top of each and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours until firm.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with lemon slices or extra blueberries.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
- Do not overbeat heavy cream to prevent grainy texture.
- Chill the cups fully for best consistency.
- Substitute lemon Oreos with other flavored Oreos or cookies.
- Dairy-free alternatives like vegan cream cheese and coconut cream work well.
