- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by rinsing and patting it dry.
- Make the lemon garlic marinade by mixing garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
