Ingredients
- Whole chicken: A 4-5 lbs chicken
- Fresh lemons: Two lemons, sliced
- Garlic: Six smashed cloves
- Fresh rosemary: Three to four sprigs
- Fresh thyme: To taste
- Olive oil: A quarter cup
- Salt: One tablespoon
- Black pepper: One teaspoon

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, rubbing it under the skin and into the cavity. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
