Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts on a floured surface.
  3. Cut circles from the dough using a cookie cutter.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, egg, and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each circle.
  6. Fold the other half over and seal the edges with a fork.
