  • Powdered sugar: 150 grams (1 1/4 cups) for glaze (optional)
  • Additional lemon juice: 30 milliliters (2 tablespoons) for glaze (optional)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Yogurt or sour cream: A few tablespoons (optional)
  • Fresh berries: Blueberries or raspberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
