Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Try adding nuts for extra crunch.
- Adjust baking time for thicker or thinner bars.
