Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat.
  5. In a bowl, combine cooked lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Mix the meat sauce with the noodle mixture.
  7. Stuff each pepper with the filling.
  8. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
