Ingredients

  • Imitation crab meat: 200 grams, shredded or cut into strips.
  • Cucumber: 1 medium, thinly sliced.
  • Avocado: 1 ripe, diced.
  • Carrots: 1 medium, julienned or grated.
  • Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons, toasted.
  • Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons.
  • Rice vinegar: 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt: to taste.
  • Pepper: to taste.

Instructions
