  • Gelatin: 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
  • Sugar: 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Jello mix with 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. In a separate bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until dissolved, then add it to the Jello mixture along with sugar and lemon juice. Stir well.
  4. Pour a thin layer of the mixture into a shallow dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
  5. Repeat the process with different Jello flavors, adding layers and refrigerating each for 30 minutes until all layers are set.
  6. Once set, lift the Jello from the dish, slice into strips, and roll them up to create spirals. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
