  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
  • A pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream
  • Food coloring (pink and blue, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake batter by beating eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy.
  2. Sift together cake flour and salt, then gently fold into the egg mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes.
