  • Fresh peaches: 2 medium, pitted and sliced
  • Jalapenos: 2 medium, sliced
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Honey: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Lime juice: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by rinsing and patting it dry, then place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the jalapeno peach sauce by mixing sliced peaches and jalapenos with a tablespoon of the marinade.
