Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add cold water to form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.
  5. Wrap triangles around cannoli molds.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then remove from molds.
  8. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  9. Fill cannoli shells with cream mixture.
  10. Serve chilled.
