Description

Ingredients

  • Irish cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded (about 100 g)
  • Crispy bacon: 4 slices
  • Onions: 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Burger buns: 4 (preferably toasted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the burger patties by gently breaking apart the ground beef and mixing it without overworking.
  2. Divide the beef into four equal portions and shape into thick patties, making an indentation in the center.
  3. Season the patties with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt, then let them rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
