Ingredients
- Ground beef: 1 lb (450 g)
- Irish cheddar cheese: 1 cup, shredded (about 100 g)
- Crispy bacon: 4 slices
- Onions: 1 large, thinly sliced
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare the burger patties by gently breaking apart the ground beef and mixing it without overworking.
- Divide the beef into four equal portions and shape into thick patties, making an indentation in the center.
- Season the patties with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt, then let them rest for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Irish cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bottom half of a toasted bun, adding crispy bacon and caramelized onions, then topping with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
