Instructions
- Prepare the tapioca pearls by boiling 4 cups of water and cooking the pearls according to package instructions (5-7 minutes).
- Make the honeydew puree by blending diced honeydew with 1 cup of water until smooth, adding sweetener to taste.
- In a clear glass, add cooked tapioca pearls, then fill with ice cubes.
- Pour the honeydew puree over the ice until the glass is three-quarters full.
- Gently pour 1 cup of milk over the honeydew mixture for a layered effect.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh honeydew and insert a wide straw for serving.
