Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cold water
  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half.
  2. Blend strawberries with 2 cups cold water, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher and add remaining 4 cups cold water. Stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to chill or serve immediately over ice.
