- 6 cups cold water
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Rinse and hull strawberries, then halve them.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, 2 cups cold water, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a large pitcher and stir in remaining 4 cups cold water.
- Refrigerate for about 12 hours to chill and let flavors meld.
- Serve over ice, garnished with fresh strawberries or lemon slices if desired.
