Instructions
- Season diced chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
