  • 2 chicken breasts (about 300 grams), diced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season diced chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  4. Add minced garlic and sliced bell pepper to the skillet with chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
