  • Honey: 60 ml (about 1/4 cup)
  • Soy sauce: 60 ml (about 1/4 cup)
  • Fresh ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Green onions: 2, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine honey and soy sauce, heat over medium until simmering, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
