Ingredients

- Honey: 60 ml (about 1/4 cup)
- Soy sauce: 60 ml (about 1/4 cup)
- Fresh ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
- Green onions: 2, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Black pepper: to taste
- Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 2.5 cm (1 inch) in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and soy sauce, heat over medium until simmering, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the cooked meatballs, coat well, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
