This homemade pepperoni garlic bread is a delicious twist on traditional garlic bread, loaded with pepperoni and garlic flavor.

- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add slices of pepperoni over the cheese.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the butter mixture.
