  • 1/2 cup water (at room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then let it cool for 5 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine melted butter, flour, sugar, salt, milk, water, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds. Chill the batter for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, grease with butter, pour in 3-4 tablespoons of batter, and swirl to coat the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
