Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the batter by whisking together flour, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center, add eggs, and gradually pour in milk while whisking. Add melted butter and mix until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Transfer cooked crepes to a plate, cover with a towel to keep warm, and repeat with remaining batter.
