- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to about 1-inch thick and cut into rounds.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Use cold butter for best results.
