Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  4. Add chopped celery and green onions to the bowl.
  5. Add the chopped eggs and mix gently.
