Healthy cookies made without sugar and flour.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, applesauce, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let cool before serving.
