  • Baby potatoes: 1 lb (450 g), halved
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Onion: 1 medium, diced
  • Fresh rosemary: 1 tablespoon, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and halve them.
  2. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add one tablespoon of olive oil.
