  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, black beans, and corn.
  5. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes; mix well.
  6. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
