Grilled Summer Fruit Skewers are a vibrant and healthy dessert made with peaches, strawberries, and pineapple. Lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection, they are finished with a drizzle of honey for a naturally sweet treat.

- 6 peaches, sliced
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1 pineapple, cut into large cubes
- 8 skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches and strawberries, and cube the pineapple.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the fruits alternately onto the skewers, leaving some space at the ends.
- Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fruits that are ripe but firm to hold up well on the grill.
- Don’t overcrowd the skewers to allow for even grilling.
- Try adding cinnamon or lime juice for added flavor.
- Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or Greek yogurt.
