Ingredients

  • Sirloin Steak: 1 lb (450 g), cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • Shrimp: 1 lb (450 g) of large shrimp, peeled and deveined.
  • Bell Pepper: 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces.
  • Red Onion: 1 red onion, cut into wedges.
  • Olive Oil: 1/4 cup (60 ml) for marinating.
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced.
  • Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons.
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste.
  • Skewers: Wooden or metal skewers.

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak and shrimp by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add steak and shrimp, coat well, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting the bell pepper and red onion into appropriate sizes.
