Ingredients
- Sirloin Steak: 1 lb (450 g), cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Shrimp: 1 lb (450 g) of large shrimp, peeled and deveined.
- Bell Pepper: 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Red Onion: 1 red onion, cut into wedges.
- Olive Oil: 1/4 cup (60 ml) for marinating.
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced.
- Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons.
- Salt and Pepper: to taste.
- Skewers: Wooden or metal skewers.
Instructions
- Marinate the steak and shrimp by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add steak and shrimp, coat well, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and cutting the bell pepper and red onion into appropriate sizes.
- Assemble the kabobs by threading steak, shrimp, bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C) and grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
