Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving them.
- Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
