  • Fresh ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Lime juice: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Green onions: 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for grilling)
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and lime juice in a bowl. Coat the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the pineapple by slicing it into rings or chunks.
