  • 2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (90 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (175 g) chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup (150 g) gummy worms
  • 1012 candy tombstones
  • Additional crushed chocolate cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then combine with granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let the brownies cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Crumble additional chocolate cookies for the “dirt” topping.
  8. Cut the cooled brownies into squares, sprinkle crumbled cookies on top, add gummy worms, and arrange candy tombstones.
