Ingredients
- Rolled oats: 2 cups
- Honey: 1/2 cup
- Almond butter: 1/2 cup
- Mixed nuts: 1 cup (chopped)
- Dried fruits: 1 cup (chopped)
- Chia seeds: 1/4 cup
- Sea salt: 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped mixed nuts, dried fruits, chia seeds, and sea salt.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, mix honey and almond butter until smooth.
- Pour the warm honey and almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift it out and cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Refrigerate for up to two weeks for longer freshness.
