Description

A delicious and easy Golden Graham s’mores recipe made with cereal, marshmallows, and chocolate. Perfect for a no-bake treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 21 ounces mini marshmallows, divided
  • 8 1/4 cups Golden Grahams cereal, divided
  • 3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then add 16 ounces of marshmallows. Stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 8 cups of Golden Grahams cereal until combined.
  4. Add the remaining 5 ounces of marshmallows and 1/2 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips, stirring to combine.
  5. Press the cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/4 cup of cereal and 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  7. Let the mixture cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.
