A delicious and easy Golden Graham s’mores recipe made with cereal, marshmallows, and chocolate. Perfect for a no-bake treat for any occasion.

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 21 ounces mini marshmallows, divided
- 8 1/4 cups Golden Grahams cereal, divided
- 3/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then add 16 ounces of marshmallows. Stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in 8 cups of Golden Grahams cereal until combined.
- Add the remaining 5 ounces of marshmallows and 1/2 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips, stirring to combine.
- Press the cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/4 cup of cereal and 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature.
- You can substitute with different chocolate types or add peanut butter chips for extra flavor.
- For a crispier texture, add more cereal or reduce the amount of marshmallows.
