Ingredients

- Honey: One tablespoon

- Lettuce: Four leaves
- Pickles: Half a cup, sliced
- Brioche Buns: Four

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by mixing gochujang, mayonnaise, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet with vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare the sauce by boiling the leftover marinade in a saucepan for a few minutes.
