  • 4 cloves garlic – Minced for a robust flavor that enhances the chicken.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil – Helps to keep the chicken moist and adds richness.
  • 2 tablespoons honey – Balances the tanginess of the mustard with a touch of sweetness.
  • Salt – To taste, enhancing all the flavors in the dish.
  • Pepper – Freshly ground for a bit of spice.
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves – Or 1 teaspoon dried thyme for an aromatic touch.

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, brushing with remaining sauce in the last 5 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
